About our Staff
The nursery is staffed by a highly qualified and experienced team of early years practitioners who work together to provide a caring, safe and stimulating environment. The management team put a strong emphasis on professional development, understanding and appreciating the links between high-level staff qualifications and outcomes for children. This is reflected through our commitment to on-going staff training.
Our staff all hold the statutory requirement of a Level 3 childcare qualification. In addition the following qualifications are held by our practitioners;
1 staff member with Early Years Professional Status
1 staff member with Early Years Teacher Status
2 staff with BA honours in Early Childhood Studies
1 staff member with BA honours in Child and Youth Studies
3 Foundation degrees in Childcare and Education
4 staff with Forest School Practitioner Status
In addition to this, staff are currently working towards:
1 staff member is working towards their MA Education 1 staff member is working towards BA honours In Early Childhood Studies.
