About Us

Little Explorers Forest School is a unique 54-place nursery, set in the 450 acre picturesque grounds of the historic Broomfield Hall, on Derby College's land based campus in Morley. We provide high-quality care for children aged from three months to five years. Little Explorers believe that all children have right to quality care and education in a safe, well-organised and attractive environment. This is reflected through the diverse range of indoor and outdoor experiences offered to our Little Explorers Forest School, these are supported by a team of qualified, experienced and highly motivated staff.

Fees and Opening Times

All three and four year old living in England are entitled to 570 hours of funded early education and childcare a year

Visiting Us

We realise that choosing a nursery for your little one is of the hardest decisions that a parent can make. We welcome families to come and have a look round the nursery, this can be done through contacting the nursery to make an appointment to be shown around the setting or if you feel happier just dropping in on us then feel free to do so. It is advisable to bring your wellingtons with you for this visit to enable to experience and appreciate our outdoor provision.
